1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer support team at support@trivenimahakumbh.com before placing an order.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A ₹51 COD fee is applicable per order.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge (varies based on location).
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and any unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, lockdowns, or natural calamities.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track your order from your TriveniMahakumbh.com account.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available for most pin codes in India.
- COD fee of ₹51 applies to each order.
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate shipping address and be available to receive the delivery.
8. Undelivered Orders & Reshipping
If your order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, you will need to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images of the package and items for quick resolution.
